Jim Daloiso

Jim Daloiso, JD
Tax Attorney

A graduate of Whittier College, Jim opened his tax law practice in 1993 and has has been a practicing tax attorney ever since. His thorough grounding in the Tax Code and extensive experience with IRS representation gives him the ability to go beyond a computer generation of IRS settlement options to achieve the best settlement possible for the client.

For Jim, the computer software is a tool that allows him to rapidly generate IRS debt resolution options to find the best resolution for the client. Any tax professional who does not utilize such software is wasting time and more likely to make errors. Jim goes beyond the computer-generated scenarios however, looking for legal arguments that could produce even more favorable resolutions.

Jim enjoys his job. To quote Jim “I find that helping people with IRS problems is very satisfying, due to the complexity of the tax laws and the inordinate volume of misinformation about settlement that is heard on radio and television.”

As a practicing tax attorney, Jim joins the EAs and CPAs and support staff of Guarddog tax to make Guarddog Tax full-service IRS tax resolution firm.
